Hello
I'm Sumiko, ADHD Life Coach.
Living with ADHD can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to define you. I know this firsthand—the weight of shame, guilt, and feeling “not enough.” My late diagnosis gave me a deep understanding of ADHD’s complexities and its impact on every aspect of life.
But it doesn’t have to hold you back! The key is to work with your ADHD, not against it!
With the right support, you can navigate these challenges and move from merely surviving to truly thriving.
With expertise in ADHD, Executive Functions, and neuroscience, I’ll help you uncover the root of your struggles, harness your strengths, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll design a life where you feel confident, in control, and ready to unleash your potential!
What 's an ADHD Life Coach ?
Through ADHD Life Coaching, you’ll gain valuable insights into how ADHD impacts your daily life, allowing us to co-create tailored, practical solutions that optimize productivity, strengthen relationships, and elevate self-esteem—all while addressing the emotional complexities of ADHD.
Together, we’ll break through limiting beliefs and unhelpful thought patterns, empowering you to shift from struggling with ADHD to thriving in every aspect of your life!
Do I need a diagnosis?
You don't need to have an ADHD diagnosis to benefit from working with an ADHD Life Coach. Whether you suspect you or someone you care about might have ADHD, or it’s not a concern for you at all, that's perfectly OK. Everyone's situation, struggles, challenges, values, strengths, and goals are all so unique.
We don't try to fit you into someone else's mold or solutions. Instead, we focus on cultivating a life that reflects your true self and plays to your strengths, unlocking a future filled with possibilities!
What is ADHD?
ADHD is a brain difference marked by an interest-driven focus, which enhances creativity and brings out unique strengths and positive qualities, allowing individuals to think outside the box and approach challenges with innovative solutions.
Due to an Executive Functioning impairment, some symptoms of ADHD can be particularly challenging and significantly impact daily life and self-esteem. The perception of weaknesses to overcome can feel like an identity, and the resulting guilt and shame can be overwhelming.
