Tricia

I have had many coaching sessions with Sumiko. As a parent of 2 young adults with ADHD, I often brought issues to coaching where I was struggling to work out the best way forward. Sometimes the issues were just my own challenges. Sumiko always showed me great compassion and understanding and combined this with gentle but skilled expertise in coaching. It was so helpful to have her support to help me explore my own situations and identify my own solutions. Highly recommended.

I've had the privilege of working with Sumiko who helped me understand and support my child with ADHD while also supporting me in coping with the challenges.

I highly recommend Sumiko to any parent seeking a compassionate and effective approach to understanding themselves and their child with ADHD.
