FREE DISCOVERY CALLS
Coach Sumiko may offer free discovery calls or initial conversations to discuss your needs, answer questions, and consider whether coaching support may be suitable.

A discovery call does not create an obligation for either party to enter into a coaching agreement.

Coach Sumiko reserves the right to decline to provide services where the support requested is outside the scope of coaching, where there is a conflict of interest, where specialist support is required, or where Coach Sumiko considers that coaching may not be appropriate.

BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be arranged by email, website form, booking system, video call platform, telephone, or another agreed method.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and attending sessions at the agreed time.

If your session is online, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a suitable internet connection, device, private space, and any software or link needed to attend.

If you are late for a session, the session may still end at the original scheduled time. Coach Sumiko is not required to extend the session because of your lateness.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you should give as much notice as possible.

Coach Sumiko may have a cancellation or rescheduling policy that applies to paid sessions, coaching packages, or Access to Work sessions. Any specific cancellation terms will be explained when you book or agree to services.

Where a session is cancelled late, missed, or not attended, Coach Sumiko may charge for the session or treat it as used, unless otherwise agreed.

Coach Sumiko may need to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, technical problems, or circumstances outside reasonable control. In that situation, Coach Sumiko will try to give reasonable notice and arrange an alternative time where possible.

FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees for coaching services, packages, resources, digital products, or other services will be confirmed before purchase or before work begins.

Payment may be required before a session, before a package begins, before a resource is delivered, or according to the terms agreed between you and Coach Sumiko.

You agree to pay all fees due in full and on time.

ACCESS TO WORK FUNDING
Where coaching is arranged through Access to Work or another funding arrangement, you remain responsible for ensuring that funding approval, payment arrangements, and any required administration are properly managed unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Coach Sumiko may provide invoices, records, or information reasonably required for Access to Work coaching administration.

Access to Work funding decisions, payment delays, approval times, eligibility, and reimbursement decisions are outside Coach Sumiko’s control.

If funding is refused, delayed, reduced, withdrawn, or not paid, responsibility for payment will depend on the written agreement made between you and Coach Sumiko before services are provided.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND RESOURCES
Coach Sumiko may provide digital products, guides, workbooks, downloads, templates, assessments, exercises, or other resources.

Digital products and resources are provided for general coaching, educational, and self-development purposes only.
